As Samart has annonced this morning that its Board approved its subsidiary to join with BEC-TERO Entertainment Co.,Ltd.- a subsidiary of BEC World Public Company Limited, to establish Thaiticketmaster.Com Co., Ltd., to operate an online ticketing servies,etc.,.Please be informed that the management of BEC-TERO is negotiating with Samarts subsidiary and intends to invest in setting up the Thaiticketmaster.Com Co.,Ltd.,.This investment project is to be approved by the Board of Directors in a very near future when the Managing Director of the BEC-TERO returns form his overseas trip.
