BEC organized the "Start Your Good Day" event for the good health of urban dwellers.
BEC World Public Company Limited, in collaboration with Power Olar Company Limited, organized the “START YOUR GOOD DAY” event. The event, based on the concept of starting the day brightly through Health, Wellness & Longevity activities, featured a variety of activities related to physical and mental health, catering to participants' lifestyles. These included a City Run to stimulate blood circulation and increase freshness, Pilates to strengthen and improve muscle flexibility, an Ice Bath for physical recovery and increased endurance, and massages to relax tired muscles from work or exercise. The event, held on February 15, 2026, attracted over 200 participants.
BEC invites everyone to pay more attention to their health and aims to be a part of encouraging continuous self-care and a sustainable start to each new day.
