BEC World Public Company Limited is committed to operating with transparency and has expressed its commitment to participating in the fight against corruption by joining the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC). The Company has successfully renewed its certification in the second quarter of 2025, from June 2025 to June 2028.

On Monday, November 24, 2025, the Company, by Mr. Chakrit Direkwattanachai – Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Communications, joined the second CAC Certification Ceremony for 2025. This ceremony honored companies that achieved certification in the first and second quarters of 2025. The ceremony was arranged under the theme "CAC Incentive Pool: Creating Benefits Through Transparency for Sustainable Businesses."

The certification is given to private companies to demonstrate their commitment to maintaining standards of good governance, transparency, and anti-corruption. BEC has established anti-corruption as a key policy, enforcing it for all directors, executives, and employees. It has also established clear guidelines for internal stakeholders to practice, and the Company regularly reviews the Anti-Corruption Policy to ensure alignment with the current situation and various standards, to ensure confidence among all stakeholders.
