This is to inform that the board of directors approved during the2/1998 meeting held on March 27, 1998, an acquisition of 599,995ordinary shares of BEC-Tero Entertainment Co., Ltd. which is equal to 60% of its paid- up capital, at the par value of 10 Baht a share amounting Baht5,999,950.- The size of investment is about 0.07% of BECs total net asset value and does not fall under the Notification of SET concerning the Acquisition of Disposition of Assets of Listed Companies but fall under the Notification of SET concerning the related transaction, forwhich the disclosure of information is enclosed.
