/1998 on Feb 25, 1998 as follows:
1. To convene ordinary shareholders meeting for Apr 29, 1998 at 3.00pm
Regent Hotel 155 Rachadamri Rd, Lumpini, Patumwan, BKK.
2. To pay dividend at Bt6.00 per share for 1997 performance
3. To close registration book on Apr 9, 1998 at noon until the meeting
ends.
