Announces Interim Dividend Payment
The Board of Directors of the BEC WORLD PUBLIC COMPANY
LIMITED , at meeting No.4/2005 held on 10 August 2005 , passed
the following resolutions:
1. Approved the interim dividend payments for operations
from 1 January 2005 to 30 June 2005 at the rate of
THB 0.15 per share.The interim dividends will be paid to
shareholders on 7 September 2005 .
2. The date for closing the company's share register for the
right to receive the dividends will be on 24 August 2005 at
12.00 pm.
