We were informed by BEC-TERO Entertainment Plc.
[BEC-TERO] our subsidiary, which we hold 60% of it paid-up
capital,that today BEC-TERO had acquired additional shares in
THAITICKETMASTER.COM Co.,Ltd.from the minority shareholder,
which is not a related person, to increase its holding in such
subsidiary to 99.9%
