We are sending you herewith the enclosed financial
statement of the Company and the consolidated statement of the
group for the year 2003 ended 31st December 2003, which were
audited by the Auditor and reviewed by our Audit Committee.
The BEC World group was able to improve its net
profit for the year 2003 by Baht 301 million to Baht 1,969
million, an increase of 18 percent from the previous year. This
is a result of the increase of our Advertising Revenue in line
with the industry's growth.
