Re: Change of Par Value
As we had reported that our Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders No. 1/2546 on December 16, 2003 had approved to change
the par value of our share from Baht 10 (ten) to Baht 1 (one) and to
change the number of our issued shared from 200,000,000 (two hundred
million) shares to 2,000,000,000 (two thousand million) shares and
to change our Articles of Association and our Memorandum of the
Association accordingly,
Now, we had completed the registration of such changes with
the company registrar-Ministry of Commerce, already since December 26,
2003. We are sending you herewith the enclosed registration document,
for your records.
