November 12, 2003 To: President Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Submission of financial statements for the 3rd quarter of 2003 Enclosures: Financial statements for the 3rd quarter of 2003 We are sending you herewith the enclosed financial statement of the Company and the consolidated statement of the group for the 3rd quarter of 2003 ended 30th September 2003, which were reviewed by both the Auditor and our Audit Committee. The BEC World group was able to improve its operating results for the 3rd quarter of 2003 higher than that of the same period of last year by 6%, because of the improvement on our sales revenues, which is higher year-on-year by 19%, as the consequence of the increases of our airtime rates since the last October, together with the increases in numbers of our other activities especially those related to Tennis Competitions.
