Short-term loan to Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd.

RE: Short - term loan to Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd.
This is to inform that Board of Director of BECi Corporation Co., Ltd.
has approved short - term loan of Baht 550,000 to Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd., its
subsidiary. This loan is due for repayment on call, at an interest rate of
4.75% per annum. Details of the transaction are as per the enclosed disclosure form.
Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd., is a joint venture between BECi Corporation Co.,
Ltd. [BECi] our subsidiary which BEC holds 99.99% of its registered share capital
and BEC-TERO Entertainment Plc. [BEC-TERO], our subsidiary which BEC holds 60%
of its registered share capital, that BECi' s holding is 60.0% and BEC-TERO' s
holding is 40%.

Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd., (borrower)
Relationship: Mobi (Thai) Co., Ltd., is a joint venture between BECi
Corporation Co.,Ltd. [BECi] our subsidiary which BEC
holds 99.99% of its registered share capital and
BEC-TERO Entertainment Plc. [BEC-TERO], our subsidiary
which BEC holds 60% of its registered share capital,
that BECi' s holding is 60.0% and BEC-TERO' s holding
is 40%.
3. Amount of loan: Baht 550,000.00
4. Characteristic of transaction: The transaction is a new loan which is due on
call. The interest rate is fixed at 4.75% per
annum, at a higher rate than the banks' deposit
rate on the transaction date.
