Increase in paid-up capital of subsidiary

Re: Increase in paid-up capital of subsidiary.
Further to our previous advice that our Board of Directors
has approved BEC-TERO Entertainment Plc. [BEC-TERO], our subsidiary
which the company held 60% of its paid up capital, to increase its
registered capital to 250,000,000 (two hundred fifty million) Baht
and for the initial period issuing 190,000,000 (one hundred and ninety
million) new shares and allocating them to the existing shareholders
at the current shareholders ratio at par value. Now, we wish to inform
that BEC-TERO has successfully issued and call-up these capital already.
The company subscribed and paid for 114,000,000 (one hundred and fourteen
million) shares where as Mr.Brian Linsey Marcar subscribed and paid for
76,000,000 (seventy six million) shares. The paid up capital of BEC-TERO
has been registered at 200,000,000 (two hundred million) Baht, already.
