We are sending you herewith the enclosed financial statement of the
Company and the consolidated statement of the group for the 2nd quarter of
2003 ended 30th June 2003, which were reviewed by both the Auditor and our
Audit Committee.
The BEC World group was able to improve its operating results for
the 2nd quarter of 2003 higher than that of the same period of last year
by 39%, because of the big improvement of our advertising airtime sales,
which is higher year-on-year by 19%, as the consequence of the increases
of our airtime rates since the last October, together with the improvements
in our airtime utilization in all day parts from increased overall
ad-spending which follows the growth of the economy.
