Re: Change of shareholder in our subsidiary
This is to inform that the minority shareholder of our
subsidiary company, TVB 3 Network Co., Ltd. [TVB 3] has changed
from TVB (Overseas) Ltd. [TVBO], to TVB Investment Ltd. [TVBI].
This is in line with the restructure within Television Broadcasting
Ltd. [TVB] and both TVBO and TVBI are wholely owned subsidiaries
of TVB.
