February 26, 2003 To: President Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Submission of financial statements for the year 2002 Enclosures: Financial statements for the year 2002 We are sending you herewith the enclosed financial statement of the Company and the consolidated statement of the group for the year 2002 ended 31st December 2002, which were reviewed by both the Auditor and our Audit Committee. The BEC World group was able to improve its operating result for the 4th quarter of 2002 higher than that of the same period last year by 85%, because of the higher revenue especially the big improvement of our advertising airtime sales, which is higher by 38%, as we were able to raise the airtime rates since the last October and the higher airtime utilization rates from increased overall ad-spending.
