January 20, 2003 TO: President Stock Exchange of Thailand RE: Investments in MOBI (THAI) Co., Ltd. Today, BECi Corporation Co.,Ltd. [BECi] our subsidiary which BEC holds 99.99% and BEC-TERO Entertainment Co., Ltd. [BEC-TERO], which BEC holds 60% and Mr.Brian Lindsay Marcar who is not a connected person holds 40%, have jointly acquired all of the existing share capital in MOBI (THAI) Co.,Ltd. [Mobithai] which is amounting to Baht 2 million from the present shareholders who are not connected persons, at the par value, by using their own existing working capital. BECi will holds 60% and BEC-TERO will holds 40% of this joint venture who operates mobile entertainment business. Please be informed accordingly.
