EXTENSION OF RADIO RENTAL AGREEMENTS

Re: Extension of Radio Rental Agreements
This is to inform that the Public Relation department
has agreed to extend the Radio Rental Agreements that the
Department has with You & I Corporation Co., Ltd. - our subsidiary,
on the FM 95.5 Mhz. and FM 105.0 Mhz. which are about to expire
on December 31, 2002, for two (2) more years. The other terms and
conditions as agreed in the existing agreements will be remain.
The new expiry date is December 31, 2004.
