August 6, 2002 To: President Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Submission of financial statements for the 2nd quarter of 2002 Enclosures: Financial statements for the 2nd quarter of 2002 We are sending you herewith the enclosed financial statement of the Company and the consolidated statement of the group for the 2nd quarter of 2002 ended 30th June 2002, which were reviewed by both the Auditor and our Audit Committee. The operating result of the group for this 2nd quarter of 2002 is a profit of over Baht 450 millions, almost at the same level of that of the same period last year, but higher than the previous quarter by 35% or higher by Baht 116 millions. This is because of the higher revenue especially the big improvement of our advertising airtime sales, which is higher by 23% as a result of the higher airtime utilization rates, where as our costs and expenses in aggregated are almost unchanged.
