CLARIFICATION ON OUR PAR-SPLIT NEWS.

Re: Clarification on our Par-Split news.
As the Stock Exchange had checked with us on the news that the company
is considering splitting the par value of its shares, I am writing this to confirm that
the company do study the possibility as well as the pro and con of the splitting
especially if we can split into a higher number of share than the two that is allowed
at the moment. It is always our intention to find ways to promote the company for
higher interest from the local investors. Anyhow, since the amendment of the public
company law is not finalized yet, thus the company cannot proceed on the issue at
the very moment.
